CLIENT POLICIES


SCHEDULING POLICY

Project start dates are reserved on eWagner's schedule upon receipt of client downpayment.  All requested items will need to be provided by client to eWagner at least 7 days prior to the specific project start date. This ensures the project will be able to be completed on time and without additional expense.

If all items are not received at least 7 days prior project start date, the project may need to be rescheduled. A rescheduling fee equal to 10% of the project total fee will be required to be paid prior to rescheduling.

Once the project has begun, it is imperative that client responds to any requests for further information, input or review in a timely manner. Should any delays to the completion of the website occur due to untimely responses from client, final payment will be due as outlined regardless of whether project has been completed.

In the case of such delays, eWagner reserves the right to place project on hold until all necessary information is received and also to require a rescheduling of project in order to keep to time commitments for other clients. Should completion of the project need to be rescheduled, a rescheduling fee equal to 10% of the project total fee will be required to be paid prior to rescheduling; this also applies to projects needing to be rescheduled after final payment has been made.
